Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Recite Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Recite Labs provides software development, product development, and engineering services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project agreements between Recite Labs and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work produced specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
- Recite Labs retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed independently.
- Our products (Site.et, Atlas.et, Damakese, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Recite Labs.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and necessary materials for project completion.
- Make payments according to agreed schedules.
- Not use our services for unlawful purposes.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined per project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Recite Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
