Delete your account

A parent or guardian can ask Recite Labs to permanently delete a Pigmenta profile and the drawings saved on it. There is no public sharing in Pigmenta; deletion removes the data from our servers.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Pigmenta account deletion and include:

• The display name used in the app (the name entered on the “Who is coloring?” screen)
• The Google Play account email used to install Pigmenta, if you know it
• A clear request to delete the profile and all saved artwork

Email a deletion request

We may ask a short follow-up question to confirm the request is from a parent or guardian of that profile.

What we delete

• The display name and avatar color
• The anonymous account id
• All saved coloring pages for that profile

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification. This cannot be undone. Using Pigmenta again afterward creates a new empty profile.

What we may keep

We may keep a short, non-identifying record that a deletion request was processed (date and a generic note), only as needed for security or to show we fulfilled the request.
