Delete your account

The parent who owns a Pigmenta account can ask Recite Labs to permanently delete it, including stories and family artwork. There is no public sharing in Pigmenta; deletion removes the data from our servers.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Pigmenta account deletion and include:

• The email address used to sign in (Google or password)
• The parent display name in the app, if you remember it
• A clear request to delete the account, stories, and saved artwork

Email a deletion request

We may ask a short follow-up question to confirm the request is from the account holder.

What we delete

• The parent profile (display name and avatar color)
• The sign-in account (email/password or Google link)
• Stories, generated pages, and all saved coloring pages

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification. This cannot be undone. Signing in again afterward creates a new empty library.

What we may keep

We may keep a short, non-identifying record that a deletion request was processed (date and a generic note), only as needed for security or to show we fulfilled the request.
